New mains power connection required

Need power to a block of land in preparation for home construction. Already have 3 phase XLPE wire running in conduit from the street to front of block.

Require connection to mains at the street (sharing existing pole on our property if possible?), and also need a switch box for temporary power which can then be transferred to house once frame/wall is built.

Owner willing to assist with labour/other as required.
